Being a long time Inner Circle member, it's hard for me to summarize my thoughts about how the Inner Circle has played a role in my business. Being an entrepreneur, the line between business and home life is often very thin. The mind of an entrepreneur never really switches off from the strategizing and creative thinking needed to keep ahead of the curve. And with all this thinking, it's easy to feel like an island---totally alone while running a small business. I really feel this is where the Inner Circle delivers my most important value.

The people within my own group become welcome visitors to my "island" on an as needed basis. I say "as-needed" because even though we formally meet monthly as a group, the ability to email or phone a group member at anytime with a question or "moment of brilliance" helps me to balance my energies and act responsibly. Within my group, someone has always gone through this before, knows someone who can lend a hand and offer some real objectivity that I can't gain elsewhere. I really feel this is because we care about each others business. In the right way. My fellow members are more than monthly handshakes, they're my business family.

Great advice both personal and business. This group and Paul Riecks have helped me stay the course on my journey to success. Paul has been a tremendous value added to my firm. He facilitates my firm's monthly partner's advances, and is a huge resource in sounding new ideas off of.
