Each monthly Inner Circle meeting is led by an experienced facilitator skilled in using a structured process called Vision Quest. The facilitator guides and challenges members in clarifying business and personal goals, as well as what it will take to achieve them. Because visions change over time, the strategies to attain them also need to change. The group discussion and member interaction excel at bringing those changes into focus.
